1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Ambition Too, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, booking a charter, or participating in any services provided, you agree to the following Terms, Conditions, and Legal Disclosures.

2. BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

All charter bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted by Ambition Too, LLC and any required deposits are received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits and payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellations may be subject to fees.

Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time without refund.

4. CAPTAIN’S AUTHORITY

The vessel captain retains full authority at all times regarding:

· Passenger safety

· Navigation and itinerary

· Weather-related decisions

· Termination of the charter if necessary

· All passengers must comply with the captain’s instructions.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

· Participation in yacht charters involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

· Slips, falls, and boarding risks

· Ocean and weather conditions

· Mechanical or equipment-related incidents

· By participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with the charter.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ambition Too, LLC shall not be liable for:

· Personal injury or death

· Loss or damage to personal property

· Delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes

· This includes circumstances arising from weather, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control.

7. WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE

Charters may be rescheduled or canceled due to:

· Weather conditions

· Mechanical issues

· Acts of God

· Government restrictions

· All such decisions are made at the sole discretion of the captain and/or Company.

8. PASSENGER CONDUCT

We reserve the right to terminate any charter without refund if a passenger:

· Engages in unsafe behavior

· Violates laws or regulations

· Fails to follow crew instructions

9. ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCE USE

· Guests consuming alcohol do so at their own risk.

· Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain services (e.g., catering, water sports, transportation) may be provided by third-party vendors.

Ambition Too, LLC is not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers.

11. NO GUARANTEE OF CONDITIONS

We do not guarantee specific conditions including:

· Weather

· Water clarity

· Wildlife sightings

· Sea conditions

12. U.S. COAST GUARD COMPLIANCE

All charters are operated in compliance with applicable U.S. Coast Guard regulations.

Passenger capacity limits are strictly enforced based on vessel certification.

13. INSURANCE & SAFETY

Our vessel is fully insured and operated by licensed professionals. Safety equipment is maintained in accordance with applicable maritime regulations.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ambition Too, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in charter activities.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. PRIVACY POLICY

We may collect personal information for booking and communication purposes. We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with service providers as necessary to fulfill your booking.

17. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
